Brings 37 years of experience as founder and managing partner of PriceKubecka, a practice that ranked among the top 1% of CPA firms nationwide for 401(k) audit volume and quality. Founded Autire in 2017, building the industry's first and only fully automated, end-to-end EBP audit solution after experiencing the frustrations of manual auditing firsthand. Brian is a longtime member of the AICPA and currently sits on the Advisory Board of the SPARK Institute, an advocacy organization for the retirement plan industry.

Owns product compliance and usability at Autire, on the conviction that in audit technology the two have to converge — every AICPA requirement built into the workflow, not bolted on. Directs annual product versioning and rollout, standardizes how audits execute inside the system, supports customers through peer review and external oversight, and leads Autire's NASBA-certified CPE program. Authored the company's quality management materials, facilitates its third-party QMM examination, and brings more than 15 years auditing 401(k) plans as a recognized subject matter expert in EBP audit compliance.

Brings 15 years of B2B SaaS finance experience, including more than 11 years as CFO across three organizations, with deep expertise in forecasting, financial modeling, pricing, and operational efficiency. Most recently served as CFO of SafeSend, leading the company through its strategic acquisition by Thomson Reuters, which closed in January 2025. Known for a commercial focus that extends beyond finance into sales and customer success structures.
